About Me
Hi! I’m Amy Barnhart, a freelance men’s golf designer. I help men’s golf startups go from design to production ready samples, collaborating on design and handling the tedious technical stuff so they can focus on the bigger picture.
I’ve been in the apparel industry for nine years. I started in the active and outdoor industry at REI and Outdoor Research before spending five delightfully tropical years as a menswear designer at Tommy Bahama.
In 2019 I switched to freelance for more flexibility and time with my family. Now I take what I learned working at big companies to help smaller brands go from design to production. I love to collaborate with my clients on design and help them stay organized into production as their businesses scale.
Based in Seattle, Washington, I work with brands across the USA and Canada.
Equally creative and technical, I love color, playful design, and keeping track of all the little details.
